By applying a coat of asphalt sealer to the pavement, it preserves the smoothness and resilience of the asphalt surface. The sealer forms a durable coating that protects the asphalt from the damaging affects of weather, water, salt and gas. Our sealer is mixed with 3-5 pounds of sand per gallon and 3% latex rubberized additive to give a non-slick, skid free surface for safety.
