Paving Crew Laborer

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications:

• Responsible for working with hot mix asphalt by shoveling and raking
• Willingness to learn how to operate backhoes, skid steers, and rollers as needed
• Must be able to adapt and work in extreme weather temperatures
• Competitive hourly rates based on your experience
• Workday lengths vary Monday thru Saturday — Sundays off — Avg. of 60 hrs./week
• Time and a half over 40 hrs., 401K with employer matching, medical and dental insurance
• Experienced preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license

Sealing/Crackfilling Crew Laborer

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications:

• General labor duties associated with a sealing/crackfilling crew such as using a shovel, broom, push-behind blower, and loading crackfiller product into machine
• Competitive hourly rates based on your experience
• Workdays include weekends and holidays since the ability to perform your work is contingent  upon weather
• Time and a half over 40hrs., 401K with employer matching, medical and dental insurance
• Experience preferred but not required

CDL A Truck Driver

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications:

• Responsible for hauling and dumping asphalt
• Haul various pieces of equipment to and from job site
• Initiative to perform/assist with other jobs in order to help job completion
• Must have experience working with an asphalt paving/milling crew
• Must have proper CDL A endorsement and MDOT card
• Competitive hourly rates based on your experience
• Workday lengths vary Monday thru Saturday — Sundays off — Avg. of 60 hrs./week
